- Oracle EPM consulting director leading enterprise cloud transformations for Huron, a global consultancy. Overseeing delivery, teams, programs, and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Huron and client senior leaders to architect and implement enterprise technology solutions
- Deliver results that meet or exceed engagement objectives
- Provide client engagement delivery oversight, team leadership, and program management
- Construct enduring client relationships and support selling additional project work
- Lead teams and create solutions for complex client challenges
- Drive delivery and assist with pursuits
- Manage multiple projects of different scale and duration
- Train and support the professional development of Huron staff in project-management and technical areas
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale platform implementations
- Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management
- Oracle EPM expertise with end-to-end cloud implementations in a consulting environment
- Prior experience driving delivery and assisting with pursuits
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
- Preferred expertise in Oracle EPM Profitability & Cost Management Cloud
- Ability to establish credibility with senior-level, financially literate client executives based on expertise, maturity, and professionalism
- Proven thought leadership demonstrated by speaking engagements and/or publications
- Ability to manage multiple projects of different scale and duration
- Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in project-management and technical dimensions
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
