About the role

  • Associate reviewing structured-notes documentation and transaction data for iA Private Wealth, a Canadian insurance, savings, and wealth-management company. Coordinating issuance workflows and improving review quality.

Responsibilities

  • Review structured notes documentation and related transaction materials, including term sheets, offering documents, pricing supplements, internal summaries, and trade details
  • Ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, consistency, and alignment with approved product terms and internal standards
  • Coordinate documentation, setup, review steps, approvals, and follow-ups with internal teams and external issuer partners
  • Maintain structured notes transaction data and internal databases, trackers, and records
  • Support advisor and internal stakeholder inquiries regarding product details, documentation status, and transaction information
  • Coordinate with operations, compliance, legal, technology, and other internal partners on transaction setup, onboarding, documentation workflows, and issue resolution
  • Identify improvements to review checklists, controls, workflow efficiency, data quality, and automation
  • Assist with structured notes product information, internal reporting, advisor education, product awareness, and distribution materials

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in financial services, capital markets, structured finance, operations, compliance, legal documentation, or a role involving detailed review of financial, legal, or transactional documents
  • Experience reviewing legal, financial, investment, or transactional documentation for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review complex documents accurately and efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
  • Interest in applying AI-enabled tools, checklists, and workflow improvements to documentation review
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
  • Interest in structured notes
