Responsibilities
Process and organize confidential client documentation related to non-financial account updates and account redemptions
Ensure accuracy and compliance of client documentation
Analyze and resolve complex situations using judgment and escalation channels
Communicate with clients and team members by telephone, email, and collaboration platforms
Support advisors and associates on projects using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
Maintain client databases and generate Assets Under Administration reports using Microsoft Excel
Ensure data integrity and accessibility
Use Robotic Process Automation tools and macros to automate repetitive tasks
Maintain knowledge of financial products, including RRSPs, TFSAs, mutual funds, and GICs
Document processes and identify optimization opportunities
Support onboarding and training of new team members
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with SharePoint and collaborative work environments
Interest in developing knowledge of the financial services industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
Advanced French proficiency required for daily verbal and written communication with unilingual French-speaking clients
Advanced English proficiency required for daily verbal and written communication with English-speaking external and internal partners and clients across Canada
