  • Regional Assistant supporting iA’s Individual Life Sales and Marketing Team. Coordinating sales activities and liaising between clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general office and sales team coordination

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients
  • Arrange, schedule, and coordinate meetings and events

Requirements

  • College marketing diploma
  • 2 years of experience in the insurance industry or a related environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in event planning (Asset)
