About the role
- Senior Full Stack Developer building and modernizing cloud applications across frontend and backend systems. Delivering scalable services, AWS infrastructure, APIs, and automated testing for Innosphere’s clients.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions across frontend and backend systems
- Build reusable services, APIs, and shared business logic
- Develop and maintain cloud-based applications and services
- Design and maintain infrastructure and deployment solutions using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD practices
- Develop and maintain automated testing solutions
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Deliver new platform capabilities
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 7+ years of professional software development experience building commercial software applications
- Strong experience developing modern frontend applications using React
- Strong backend development experience with Node.js, C#, and Python
- Strong experience with AWS, including Lambda, ECS, SQS, EventBridge, CloudFront, ALB, and related services
- Proven experience with PostgreSQL and DynamoDB
- Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Jest and Playwright for automated testing
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools
- Must be currently residing in Canada
- Must be legally permitted to work in Canada
- Successful criminal, educational, and employment history background check
