About the role
- Lending Support Services Analyst supporting complex loan files and credit union procedures. Simplifying banking for Canadian members through digital solutions at Innovation Federal Credit Union.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and support to advisory staff for moderate to complex loan files
- Assist Support Services Specialists in developing and implementing procedures within established policies
- Work as a team to cover additional duties as required
- Utilize digital solutions to create efficiencies, simplify members' banking needs, and enhance the member experience
- Provide support to staff and members in lending and service administration
- Support implementation and maintenance of departmental programs, products, and procedures
- Ensure activities comply with credit union policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of formal education or equivalent
- 1–3 years of job-related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Microsoft O365, workflows, and file management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to relate well to members and coworkers
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous education and personal development
- Detail-oriented and risk aware
- Proficient in digital literacy, including critical thinking, problem solving, and navigation using digital solutions
- Comfortability with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Teams, Viva, Power Automate, and PowerBI
- Ability to travel to and cover regionally as required
