About the role
- Part-time LSAT Tutor providing personalized one-on-one exam preparation. Inspira Education, an edtech company democratizing access to admissions coaching, supports students remotely across the US and Canada.
Responsibilities
- Tutor students one-on-one on all sections of the LSAT Exam
- Tailor an LSAT curriculum to student's needs
- Track and analyze student progress
- Create and maintain project trackers to monitor student progress
- Keep students’ families up to date on progress
- Tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Comfort and ability to teach all sections of the LSAT
Requirements
- Have a 4-year college degree (Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required)
- Tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Have previously taken the Law School Admission Test (LSAT) (copy of official score report required)
- A baseline LSAT score of 170+
- 1–2 years of previous teaching or tutoring experience desired
- Able to provide LSAT test preparation for the full exam and each section
- Superior attention to detail and ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable teaching and coaching in a fully remote tutoring environment
