About the role

Part-time MCAT Tutor guiding students through personalized preparation for every MCAT section. Inspira Education provides medical school admissions coaching and education services.

Responsibilities

Tutor students one-on-one on all sections of the MCAT exam
Tailor an MCAT test prep curriculum to students’ needs
Track and analyze student progress and performance
Create and maintain project trackers to monitor MCAT preparation progress
Keep students’ families up to date on academic progress and MCAT milestones
Serve as a passionate education professional, expert MCAT tutor, and thought leader for students
Create personalized MCAT study plans and provide expert guidance for every section of the MCAT exam

Have a 4-year college degree (Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required)
Tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
Have previously taken the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) (copy of official score report required)
Able to provide MCAT test preparation for the full exam and each section
Superior attention to detail and ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Comfortable teaching and coaching in a fully remote tutoring environment
A baseline MCAT score of 521+
Approximately 20 hours per week commitment, including tutoring and preparation time
