Site Activation Manager leading global clinical trial startup, regulatory, contracting, and site activation activities for IQVIA. Managing multiple regions and stakeholder delivery.
Responsibilities
Direct and manage strategic, operational, and financial delivery of Site Activation activities
Provide strategic planning and project oversight to accelerate site activation and patient enrollment
Support and/or participate in pre-award and bid defense activities
Oversee study start-up from pre-award through site activation and/or lifecycle maintenance
Manage multiple regions or global Site Activation Management projects
Develop, implement, and maintain Site Activation Management Plans
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, regions, and countries
Execute strategies for clinical study approvals, authorizations, contracts, and essential documents
Assess regulatory landscapes and provide regulatory intelligence
Determine regulatory strategies and parameters for submissions and authorizations
Provide updates and reports to study teams and senior colleagues
Maintain internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans
Create and/or review technical and administrative documentation
Adhere to quality, regulatory, and company standards throughout trials
Mentor and coach colleagues
Develop and maintain relationships with preferred IQVIA customers
Deliver presentations and training to clients, colleagues, and professional bodies
Contribute to departmental and organizational initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field (required)
At least 5 years of experience, including 2 years of lead experience, in a scientific or clinical environment (required)
Demonstrable experience in an international role, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required)
Must reside in the same country/sales region where the job is located
Knowledge of ICH-GCP, protocols, customer requirements, internal policies, regulatory requirements, site activation, ethics and regulatory processes, and site contracting
