About the role

  • Project Coordinator supporting IREN’s AI cloud and GPU infrastructure deployment programs. Coordinating schedules, documentation, vendors, risks, and leadership reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update project schedules, action logs, risk registers, and status trackers across active programs
  • Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, capturing minutes, distributing action items, and following up on outstanding items
  • Manage project documentation on SharePoint, including naming conventions, version control, and folder structure
  • Track vendor and procurement milestones and flag delivery risks to the program team
  • Prepare weekly status update decks and program summaries for leadership review
  • Support onboarding of new team members and coordinate site access logistics across Canadian operations
  • Assist the Scheduler with milestone data entry, cross-program tracking, and schedule updates

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a project coordinator or administrative delivery role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 — Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience supporting infrastructure, data center, or technology deployment programs preferred
  • Familiarity with Jira, Monday.com, MS Project, or Smartsheet preferred
  • CAPM or working toward PMP certification preferred
  • Experience supporting multi-site or multi-vendor delivery environments preferred
