About the role

Senior Data Analyst building financial models and Looker dashboards for Jane’s healthcare practice management platform. Supporting Finance and Payments with trusted revenue, billing, and transaction insights.

Responsibilities

Partner with Finance and Payments teams to build, refine, and maintain metrics, models, and dashboards for financial reporting
Own end-to-end analysis, from understanding business questions through SQL/dbt modeling, Looker dashboard creation, and stakeholder communication
Develop and optimize Looker dashboards for financial planning, revenue analysis, cost insights, and transaction-level reporting
Maintain and evolve core financial data models in dbt
Troubleshoot data quality issues and validate calculations
Ensure trusted, reconciled datasets for Finance and Payments
Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear technical solutions
Support data architecture modernization through modeling, documentation, QA, and performance tuning
Collaborate with Product, Support, and Marketing on intersecting financial data needs

5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst in a high-growth or complex product environment
Strong hands-on experience with SQL, dbt, and Looker
Ability to write complex queries, model data, and build insightful dashboards
Excellent communication skills for explaining technical topics and financial logic to non-technical audiences
Ability to take initiative and ownership, work independently, and drive projects from concept to delivery
High attention to detail, especially with reconciliation, financial logic, metric definitions, and QA
Experience working with Finance stakeholders, including FP&A, Accounting, Payments, and Revenue Ops
Experience with GitHub/version control
Must currently live and work in Canada
Must be eligible to work in Canada without employer sponsorship
