About the role
- Senior Product Manager owning zero-to-one communications products for Jane’s clinic SaaS platform. Shaping AI strategy, customer outcomes, roadmaps, and commercialization.
Responsibilities
- Own a Communications problem space from discovery and customer research through shipping and go-to-market commercialization
- Contribute to existing domains such as the Notifications Centre and develop net-new communication channels
- Shape how Jane leverages AI in Communications in support of the company’s broader AI strategy
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, support, product marketing, and communications design partners
- Work tactically with engineers and designers to refine edge cases, evaluate trade-offs, test prototypes, and iterate solutions
- Define customer problems and expected outcomes with design and engineering leads
- Build roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, decide what to test first, and determine what not to pursue
- Solve meaningful customer problems using customer and competitive landscape expertise
- Bring products from idea to launch and help commercialize them
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS company
- Experience taking a product from 0-to-1, from opportunity discovery and validation through beta testing and commercialization
- Experience leading planning and strategy work, including long-term vision and prioritization
- Experience facilitating workshops to explore problems, shape ideas, and reach decisions
- Track record of shipping products that made a clear difference for customers
- Ability to define success metrics and use data to guide decisions
- Experience shipping AI-powered products and features that solve customer problems
- Experience influencing broader AI strategy by building alongside other teams
- Experience collaborating with support, product marketing, communications design, engineering, and design partners
- Ability to communicate complex problems and solutions clearly and build alignment with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Candidates must currently live in Canada and have the legal right to work there without employer sponsorship
- Jane cannot support relocation, visa sponsorship, or employment through a third party or employer of record
- Experience in communications, healthcare, AI, marketing automation, SMB/B2C products, or regulated environments is a plus but not required
