Director leading global field and channel marketing for Keyfactor’s cybersecurity trust infrastructure. Driving enterprise pipeline, revenue growth, partner engagement, and regional go-to-market execution.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute global field marketing strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives, pipeline targets, and revenue goals
Support channel priorities and partner engagement in partnership with the Director of Channel Marketing
Own field-sourced and field-influenced pipeline contribution across target segments and geographies
Support partner-sourced pipeline through aligned channel programs
Build scalable planning frameworks, playbooks, campaign models, reporting standards, and global best practices
Use customer, competitive, and market insights to guide regional strategy, program design, and investment decisions
Lead integrated regional programs across events, digital, content, partner, and outbound channels
Set strategy for conferences, regional events, roadshows, webinars, and customer experiences
Develop executive engagement programs including advisory boards, executive roundtables, customer councils, leadership dinners, and strategic experiences
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of field and channel marketing professionals
Partner with regional sales leaders on planning, forecasting, and performance reviews
Collaborate with Revenue Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, Channel, and Sales leadership on go-to-market execution
Collaborate with the Director of Channel Marketing on regional co-marketing programs and partner ecosystem growth
Own and forecast global field marketing budgets and optimize resource allocation
Track pipeline contribution, opportunity progression, deal acceleration, attribution, and ROI with RevOps
Translate performance insights into recommendations for leadership
Champion AI-enabled marketing, intent data, predictive analytics, and modern MarTech
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including global or multi-region field marketing leadership within enterprise SaaS; cybersecurity experience strongly preferred
Experience owning or materially influencing pipeline and revenue targets, including field-sourced and field-influenced results and supporting partner-sourced outcomes
Experience developing account-based marketing programs and territory strategies for enterprise and strategic accounts
Experience directly leading and developing field marketing managers, including team structure, priorities, performance, and growth
Hands-on experience building and executing field strategies across multiple regions and countries
Experience partnering with Sales leadership, RevOps, Revenue Marketing, Product Marketing, and Channel teams
Experience developing executive engagement programs and managing major conferences, regional events, partner activations, and customer experiences
Ability to manage substantial budgets, forecast investments, assess ROI, and communicate performance and recommendations to senior leadership
Fluency with CRM, marketing automation, intent and predictive-data platforms, event technology, analytics, and AI-enabled marketing tools
Strong strategic, operational, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to lead through influence in a fast-paced global environment
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
