KidStrong is a science-based kids training and enrichment company that runs weekly classes, camps, and parties designed to build children's physical, emotional, and social skills. Guided by child development experts and certified coaches, KidStrong emphasizes a whole-child philosophy—strong body, strong mind, and strong character—through developmentally appropriate, play-based fitness games and activities. Programs are offered at local centers with parent participation and measurable outcomes like increased confidence and social skills.
