Responsibilities
Lead visual identity and creative function for KT by Knix brand
Inject fresh, culturally relevant energy into all creative outputs
Ideate and lead creative concepts for photoshoots
Collaborate with various stakeholders to make the KT message shine
Own evolution of visual identity to drive the KT brand forward
Align and extend our brand through various creative mediums
Mentor designers and directors through feedback and guidance
Manage resources including freelance help as needed
Requirements
10+ years of proven experience working with established brands
A BFA, BS, or MFA in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience
Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
Strong background in photography direction and production, including on-set experience
An outstanding portfolio illustrating directing, designing, building, and conceptualizing creative concepts
A good eye and a good ear for feedback and creative boundaries
Demonstrated skill in conceptualizing and directing ecommerce, lifestyle, and product photography
Strong understanding of fashion editorial, photography, design, video/film, and Gen Z culture and trends
