Responsibilities
Manage commercial elevator construction projects
Maintain and update the agreed schedule
Track project resource status, including materials and labor
Manage procurement responsibilities, including subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure quality throughout the project life cycle
Measure results and address punch-list items
Ensure jobsite safety and verify compliance
Identify risks and opportunities through contract and jobsite analysis
Manage cash flow, budgets, and forecasts
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across Canada
Travel throughout Quebec, potentially up to 25% of the time
Requirements
More than five (5) years of construction project management experience
Bachelor’s degree or more than seven (7) years of relevant work experience
Fluency in both French and English required
Experience with Microsoft Project or SAP
Experience managing jobsite safety and conducting compliance audits
Experience managing contracts, subcontractors, and suppliers
Skills in managing cash flow, budgets, and forecasts
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Potential travel of up to 25% throughout Quebec
