Project Manager at L3Harris Technologies responsible for planning and monitoring projects. Ensuring timely delivery while overseeing budget, resources, and compliance with methodologies.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate project tasks, milestones, and deliverables for effective execution.
Oversee delivery across all support domains including technical and operational support.
Monitor project progress, performance, and escalate issues, risks, and concerns to management.
Prepare and present project status reports for management and customers.
Maintain comprehensive project records and ensure adherence to project management methodologies.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles.
Experience managing projects in a government, defense, aerospace, engineering, or technical environment is considered an asset.
Experience with cost control, budgeting, and labor tracking is preferred.
Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and principles (PMI/PMP, Agile, or equivalent) is considered an asset.
