Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate project tasks, milestones, and deliverables for effective execution.
- Oversee delivery across all support domains including technical and operational support.
- Monitor project progress, performance, and escalate issues, risks, and concerns to management.
- Prepare and present project status reports for management and customers.
- Maintain comprehensive project records and ensure adherence to project management methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles.
- Experience managing projects in a government, defense, aerospace, engineering, or technical environment is considered an asset.
- Experience with cost control, budgeting, and labor tracking is preferred.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and principles (PMI/PMP, Agile, or equivalent) is considered an asset.
