About the role

  • Talent acquisition coordinator supporting recruiting, interviews, offers, and onboarding at aerospace and defense company L3Harris. Managing SuccessFactors requisitions, reports, and contractor administration.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule virtual and onsite interviews for recruiters and hiring managers
  • Prepare and communicate interview schedules
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and internal employees involved in the hiring process
  • Draft offer letters for recruiters
  • Update recruiting spreadsheets and statistics
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports
  • Create requisitions through the SuccessFactors Applicant Tracking System
  • Close requisitions in SuccessFactors and complete onboarding tasks
  • Support contractor administrative tasks and onboarding
  • Promote openings internally and externally through the company website, social media, and other appropriate media
  • Support coordination of career events
  • Manage promotional items inventory
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Diploma or certificate of collegial studies in administration or another relevant HR-related field
  • At least two (2) years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Experience in an Aerospace & Defense environment is an asset
  • Experience with SuccessFactors or another ATS is an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and SharePoint
  • Strong interest in customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • High sense of urgency and ability to multi-task
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
  • Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Reliability Status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance
  • Must be eligible to meet U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements
  • Must undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and background checks
