About the role

  • Procurement Solutions Specialist serving as Ledcor’s Coupa subject matter expert. Configuring and optimizing procurement systems for North America’s diversified construction company.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the internal Coupa technical subject matter specialist across Procurement, Invoicing, Supplier Information Management, Sourcing, Contracts, and Analytics modules
  • Monitor platform health, user adoption, and performance metrics and implement continuous improvements
  • Advise on complex system and integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive permanent fixes
  • Lead master data alignment across chart of accounts, suppliers, contracts, and commodities
  • Deliver scalable Coupa configurations aligned with best practices, enterprise architecture standards, and business requirements
  • Lead Coupa implementations, enhancements, and rollouts, including configuration, SIT/UAT, issue resolution, go-live, and hypercare support
  • Stay current on Coupa developments, engage with Coupa teams, and lead quarterly release impact assessments, regression testing, and feature enablement
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, AP, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders to optimize sourcing, buying, invoicing, and supplier management processes
  • Maintain configuration documentation, process flows, and support work instructions
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight to a Systems & Process Analyst (P3)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or IS is an asset
  • 6+ years of eProcurement system experience
  • Hands-on Coupa sustainment and/or implementation experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in construction or industrial-based industries is a strong asset
  • Coupa Core Implementation Specialist Certification preferred
  • Experience working with ERP integrations and cross-functional enterprise environments
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is an asset
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and apply sound business judgment
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners
  • Supply Chain Canada or APICS membership/certification is an asset
