About the role
- Project Manager delivering NetSuite projects and business-process solutions for LIDD, a supply chain consulting firm. Managing budgets, clients, timelines, and project teams across North America.
Responsibilities
- Manage the effective delivery and timely completion of NetSuite projects within the defined scope and budget
- Manage additional requests and associated budgets
- Ensure timely and effective communication with customers
- Plan, assign, and track project tasks, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths with project teams and clients
- Apply appropriate implementation approaches, delivery concepts, consulting tools, and methodologies
- Onboard, supervise, and mentor project coordinators
- Collaborate with partners, directors, and solution specialists
- Travel 20% to 50% of the time, as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Experience in project and people management; consulting experience is preferred
- Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, and retail is an asset
- Ability to manage difficult situations, problems, and crises calmly while inspiring confidence in the team
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously
- Fluency in French and English; bilingualism is required to conduct business outside Québec
- Ability to travel within Canada and the United States
- Experience with task and project management tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and Asana
- Strong teamwork skills
