Shipper/Receiver supporting Liebherr’s Canadian equipment operations. Processing orders, shipments, inventory, warehouse activities, and parts returns for construction, mining, and material-handling equipment.
Responsibilities
Check, receive and process sales orders, replenishment orders and purchase orders
Prepare shipments and create labels
Contact shipping companies and arrange pick up or delivery
Maintain location lists and conduct inventory checks
File necessary paperwork and stay organized
Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and safe
Conduct daily cycle counts
Work with the component and re-manufacturing department on warehouse and parts activities
Process parts returns from customers and the field
Organize warehouse locations for efficient flow
Identify daily priorities in shipping and receiving areas
Review stock-outs and purchase orders to identify common parts, ordering patterns, missed sales, and opportunities
Check the warehouse and identify empty spaces and improvement opportunities
Complete weekly major cleanups
Work with the Warranty team to process items for shipping
Process cores and ensure items are stored, packed, and shipped back to the factory
Perform additional duties as requested
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work alone and unsupervised for extended periods
Ability to work with computers and Microsoft Office suite
Able to repeatedly walk up stairs and remain on feet for most of the day
Organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-changing environment
Capable of lifting a minimum of 40 lbs
