About the role

  • Gestionnaire de comptes pour Lightspeed Golf, plateforme de commerce et de gestion pour terrains de golf. Développement de l’adoption, des revenus et de la réussite client au Canada et en Amérique du Nord.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively communicate with portfolio clients to increase product usage and upsells
  • Increase adoption of the many modules offered by Lightspeed Golf
  • Identify and reduce customer churn risk and promote adoption during new product launches
  • Ensure effective use of the software by defining success criteria with the client and internal teams
  • Serve as an escalation point for issues affecting major clients
  • Execute projects and initiatives to improve the customer experience and increase CSAT
  • Identify opportunities for marketing case studies and reference customers
  • Produce regular portfolio status reports and maintain high CSAT/NPS scores
  • Stay current on Lightspeed products, processes, and product updates
  • Route client product requests to the appropriate teams
  • Participate in team and regional initiatives and continuously improve collaboration methods
  • Provide clients with point-of-sale (POS) and management best practices
  • Stay informed of industry best practices
  • Contribute to developing and improving customer success and account management processes
  • Conduct pre-sales scoping meetings as needed
  • Collaborate with other teams to help achieve organizational objectives

Requirements

  • Experience managing a full, extended sales cycle
  • Customer-focused, satisfaction-oriented approach
  • Passion for working with people, understanding clients' unique business needs, and identifying ways to grow and optimize their outcomes
  • Experience working with enterprise clients, including managing service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) strongly preferred
  • Good knowledge of the golf industry or a related interest
  • Analytical, consultative, and solution-oriented approach
  • High level of motivation, discipline, and organizational skills
  • Results-driven, data-informed approach
  • Adventurous and entrepreneurial mindset
