About the role
- Lead Product Manager improving Lime’s shared micromobility rider app experience. Driving mobile product strategy, AI-enabled personalization, and rider journey optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and optimization of Lime's mobile application to build an amazing rider experience
- Drive continuous improvement of the rider journey, focusing on usability and satisfaction
- Analyze user feedback, customer research, and market trends to inform product strategy and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to implement new features
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and post-launch analysis
- Prioritize product backlog and development efforts to align with business goals
- Establish and track key performance indicators to measure product success
- Identify opportunities to use AI to create simpler, more personalized, and more effective rider experiences
- Use AI tools in day-to-day product development for research, analysis, prototyping, and execution
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in product management within a big tech or startup environment
- Proven track record of managing and launching successful consumer-facing mobile app products
- Experience in mobility, transportation, or marketplace products is a big plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- Strong AI fluency and hands-on experience using modern AI tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Candidates must reside in Canada
- Experience in mobile app development and UX/UI design preferred
- Experience building AI-powered products, features, or workflows with tools like Claude preferred
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, scaling dynamic environment preferred
- Previous Mobility or Transportation experience preferred
