About the role
- Lead Product Manager improving Lime's shared micromobility mobile app and rider journey. Driving consumer product strategy, AI-enabled experiences, and lifecycle execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and optimization of Lime's mobile application to improve rider experience
- Drive continuous improvement of the rider journey, usability, and satisfaction
- Analyze user feedback, customer research, and market trends to inform product strategy and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to implement new features
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception through launch and post-launch analysis
- Prioritize the product backlog and development efforts according to business goals
- Establish and track key performance indicators to measure product success
- Identify opportunities to use AI for simpler, more personalized, and effective rider experiences
- Use AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, and execution
- Occasionally travel to support business operations
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in product management within a big tech or startup environment
- Proven track record of managing and launching successful consumer-facing mobile app products
- Experience in mobility, transportation, or marketplace products is a big plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- Strong AI fluency and hands-on experience using modern AI tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Candidates must reside in the United States; the posting also welcomes applications from anywhere in the US or Canada
- Preferred: experience in mobile app development and UX/UI design
- Preferred: experience building AI-powered products, features, or workflows with tools like Claude
- Preferred: MBA or advanced degree in a related field
- Preferred: prior experience in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Previous mobility or transportation experience is a big plus
