About the role

Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, break down tasks and estimate effort
- Design robust, performant and secure solutions
- Develop efficient, modular, and maintainable software solutions
- Participate in code reviews
- Troubleshoot, debug and fix defects
- Take initiative, build strong teams and communicate effectively
- Guide best practices for building, delivering and maintaining multiple source code projects
- Understanding the intent of the product and using that knowledge to make product design and architecture decisions.
Requirements
- Relevant professional software engineering experience
- Post-secondary education in software engineering, computer or electrical engineering, computer science, math, or related field
- Strong full-stack development skills with experience on both front-end and back-end systems
- Proficiency with React and modern front-end web development (component design, state management, responsive UI)
- Experience with C# and building server-side application code (APIs, services, data access)
- Experience writing and maintaining automated tests at various levels of abstraction
- Ability to work cross-functionally, communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and collaborate in a team environment
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting in a fast-changing environment.
