About the role

  • Client education specialist designing MaintainX learning content for industrial and frontline teams. Delivering webinars, virtual classes, and field training across Autodesk Operations Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, produce, and update educational content for MaintainX’s client learning channels.
  • Define educational content requirements with internal subject matter experts to support maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) skills.
  • Conduct ongoing research on the learner audience, their motivations, and the evolving professional skills landscape.
  • Use the ADDIE and SAM models to design self-paced and instructor-led learning experiences.
  • Deliver or coordinate live and on-demand webinars, virtual classes, and training at field events.
  • Contribute to the Client Education team’s roadmap.
  • Advise team members on curriculum and content design.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Report to the Senior Manager, Client Education.

Requirements

  • At least three (3) years of experience in an education-related role, such as client education, Training & Enablement, Learning & Development, or teaching.
  • At least one (1) year of experience designing and delivering instructor-led learning experiences.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools for live training materials, such as Google Slides, PowerPoint, Canva, and Figma.
  • Familiarity with live training delivery platforms, such as Zoom Webinar, Webex, or CloudShare.
  • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts on content ideation and review.
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts in clear and concise language.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in grammar, aesthetics, and consistency.
  • Experience working in industrial maintenance and/or manufacturing (an asset).
  • Experience with CMMS and/or enterprise asset management (EAM) systems (an asset).
  • A maintenance and/or reliability certification, such as CMRP or CRE (an asset).
  • Experience working at companies with rapidly evolving products, particularly in software as a service (SaaS) (an asset).
  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as Jira or Notion (an asset).
  • Familiarity with course authoring tools, such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or Parta (an asset).
  • Familiarity with video production tools, such as Camtasia, DaVinci Resolve, or Clueso (an asset).
  • Familiarity with a learning management system (LMS) for a client academy, such as WorkRamp or Skilljar (an asset).
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or French (an asset).
