About the role

  • Bilingual administrative coordinator processing retirement transactions for Manulife Canada clients. Supporting plan administration teams through accurate requests, inbox management, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Process urgent and sometimes complex retirement plan transactions
  • Gatekeep shared email inboxes accurately and efficiently
  • Request specialized reporting by following internal processes
  • Learn and execute team tasks to support high-volume periods
  • Provide accurate and timely service to internal and external clients
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in internal processes

Requirements

  • Bilingualism in English and French is required for successful candidates in Québec; bilingualism is an asset elsewhere
  • Relevant experience in a fast-paced customer-centric environment
  • Confidence and professionalism in interactions with internal and external customers
  • Ability to multitask and respond quickly to changing priorities
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively consider impacts
  • Understanding of Group Retirement Services, pension legislation, Manulife systems, AWD, and MPS is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong team-player orientation
  • Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement
