About the role

  • Marketing Manager supporting global private-markets campaigns, investment content, sales enablement, and events. Coordinating digital, print, web, and stakeholder communications for Manulife.

Responsibilities

  • Support development and delivery of global marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media
  • Work with multiple stakeholders and provide campaign tracking and reporting
  • Develop investment and sustainability content while managing tight timelines and deliverables
  • Support sales enablement by building a marketing content plan and executing deliverables with Sales input
  • Support marketing deliverables for tier 1 events and meetings
  • Report on engagement and evaluate traffic volume and quality
  • Ensure lead generation is captured and actionable
  • Coordinate and roll out website and SharePoint Online updates
  • Work under the direction of multiple marketing leaders
  • Collaborate with internal clients, prospective and current external clients, and senior executives

Requirements

  • University or college degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or journalism/media
  • 4–6 years’ work experience in a marketing function or related field
  • Experience within investment management, specifically private markets, is useful but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to create, compose, and edit impactful written materials
  • Strong project management skills and ability to develop, recommend, and implement marketing and communications plans and strategies
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, build consensus, and collaborate with senior executives
  • Knowledge of marketing communications principles for digital and print media
  • Strong design understanding and ability to direct internal or external designers
  • Hands-on and proactive, able to work with minimal supervision
  • High creativity combined with strong business sense
  • Demonstrated track record of success and drive to succeed
  • Highly motivated, driven, and energetic; able to juggle multiple projects and deliver to a high standard
