About the role

  • MarTech Activation Analyst coordinating intake, requirements, and delivery for Manulife’s personalized digital marketing experiences. Managing activation workflows across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Validate incoming business intake and confirm objectives, scope, and requirements
  • Document business requirements and route requests to appropriate delivery teams
  • Coordinate effort scoping and delivery timelines with delivery partners
  • Maintain the request backlog as a single source of truth
  • Support request prioritization with the Director and business leads
  • Track requests through delivery and flag risks, dependencies, and delays
  • Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement across intake and activation workflows

Requirements

  • 2–3 years' experience in a business analyst, marketing operations, or marketing coordination role
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and shifting priorities and timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements
  • Comfort working across business and technical teams
  • University or college degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field of study
  • Skilled in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with martech platforms, tagging/analytics tools, or work-management tools is an asset
