About the role
- Project Manager delivering $20M–$50M water and wastewater construction projects for Maple Reinders. Managing schedules, stakeholders, quality, and junior project-manager development.
Responsibilities
- Manage Water and Wastewater projects
- Define project schedules and ensure goals are met
- Maintain communication across the project team
- Develop successful relationships with clients, consultants, architects, sub-contractors and other project stakeholders
- Manage projects according to Maple Reinders’ processes and procedures
- Ensure each project is delivered with quality and consistency
- Mentor junior Project Managers and Coordinators
- Work on Water and Wastewater projects typically valued at $20–$50M
Requirements
- 5 or more years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a general contractor
- A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience
- Travel to site required
- Site-based role requiring daily travel to the assigned project
- Location in Hamilton, Ontario, with travel to the head office in Mississauga
