About the role

  • Project Coordinator supporting Maple Reinders’ ICI construction projects in Cambridge. Assisting with budgets, schedules, procurement, documentation, safety, and project closeout.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development, maintenance and tracking of project budgets and construction schedules
  • Coordinate project correspondence with Owners, Architects, Consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers under the direction of the Project Manager
  • Assist with procurement activities, including preparation of bid packages, scope development, and clarification of work
  • Coordinate RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project document control processes
  • Maintain project files, records, and construction administration documentation
  • Prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, and track follow-up action items
  • Support change management processes, including change orders, site instructions, and related documentation
  • Promote and maintain a strong culture of safety by supporting compliance with regulatory requirements and the Corporate Health and Safety Program
  • Support project closeout activities, including deficiency management, commissioning documentation, and project turnover requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year or more experience as a Project Coordinator in the construction industry
  • A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience
