About the role

  • Project Manager delivering $20–$50M water and wastewater construction projects for Canadian builder Maple Reinders. Coordinating schedules, stakeholders, quality, and project teams across Mississauga and Ontario sites.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Water and Wastewater construction projects, typically valued at $20–$50M
  • Define project schedules and ensure goals are met
  • Maintain project communication and accountability
  • Develop relationships with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
  • Manage projects according to Maple Reinders’ processes and procedures
  • Ensure projects are delivered with quality and consistency
  • Mentor Project Coordinators and support their career progression
  • Work alongside construction professionals
  • Travel to project sites as required

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a general contractor
  • University Degree or Technology Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience
  • Travel to site required
  • Experience working on Water/Wastewater projects is considered an asset
  • PMP, P. Eng., and Gold Seal designations are preferred
  • Resume and project list submission required
