About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop the program master plan, taking into account challenges, complexity, stakeholders, dependencies with other programs, and business objectives
- Lead large-scale cross-functional programs in data, analytics, and artificial intelligence
- Implement pro-code, low-code, and no-code AI development tools, use cases, organizational transformation, and AI governance
- Own deliverables with project managers and workstream leads, ensuring compliance with agreements, budgets, and timelines
- Provide functional oversight and coordinate internal and external contributors
- Control quality and ensure compliance with governance and methodology
- Develop risk and impact analyses, along with strategies for managing risk levels
- Provide reporting and progress updates to the sponsor, steering committee, and decision-making bodies
- Manage major initiatives or multiple concurrent initiatives with project managers under supervision
- Represent the company and participate in negotiating agreements with external vendors
Requirements
- Currently based in Montreal and able to work on-site 2 days per week
- Experience in a large financial institution, such as a bank, insurer, or financial services cooperative
- At least 15 years of project and program management experience
- Experience managing highly complex, strategically significant programs with annual budgets of approximately $100 million or more
- Experience managing large-scale fixed-price service providers
- Experience with multi-year, high-velocity delivery initiatives involving multiple organizational dependencies
- Comfortable working on data, analytics, and artificial intelligence initiatives
- PMP, ACP, or SAFe certifications are an asset
- Intermediate proficiency in French and English
- Ability to communicate with senior leadership
- Autonomous, proactive, and well organized
