About the role
- Data Analyst providing supply chain insights and KPI governance for Champion Petfoods’ premium pet food brands. Building dashboards and driving cross-functional operational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and process-improvement opportunities
- Identify supply chain performance gaps, investigate root causes with stakeholders, and lead cross-functional solution development and implementation
- Develop and maintain real-time dashboards, data objects, and reports tracking key supply chain metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics outputs with business needs
- Communicate complex data insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels
- Assist with deployment and continuous improvement of supply chain analytics tools and technologies
- Serve as a centralized resource for supply chain data and KPI governance
- Support end-to-end supply chain operations with actionable insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in supply chain analytics or data analysis, preferably within the food or pet food industry
- Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and Python
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with data visualization platforms, preferably Power BI
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning or predictive modeling preferred
- Experience in Generative AI development preferred
- Familiarity with Databricks preferred
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes preferred
