About the role
- Panel Recruitment Coordinator managing participant recruitment orders for Maze’s user research platform. Monitoring fulfillment, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate study records.
Responsibilities
- Place and manage orders across panel vendors
- Review and interpret customer requirements
- Monitor order progress and fulfillment, flagging issues or delays proactively
- Troubleshoot common fulfillment issues, such as low incidence and screener drop-off, and escalate when needed
- Maintain accurate order records and documentation
- Support quality checks on responses submitted by participants
Requirements
- Coordination experience managing multiple moving pieces, tasks, or workflows simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Process-driven execution following established processes carefully
- Fluent in English; strong written communication is essential
- Background in research or research operations is a bonus
- Experience writing or reviewing screener questions is a bonus
- Familiarity with B2B audience targeting and quota-based study setups is a bonus
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
