About the role

  • Hub Patient Services Specialist providing administrative and customer support in Patient Support Programs. Assisting patients in accessing treatment and navigating their healthcare journey.

Responsibilities

  • Support patient enrollment and onboarding activities within Patient Support Programs• Respond to inbound and outbound inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other stakeholders• Provide administrative support related to benefits verification, reimbursement processing, and patient assistance programs• Coordinate communication among patients, physicians, clinics, pharmacies, insurers, and internal teams• Process and maintain documentation, including enrollment forms, reimbursement paperwork, and patient records• Perform accurate data entry and ensure information is updated across multiple systems• Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up with stakeholders to support timely patient access to treatment• Identify and escalate complex or non-routine issues according to established procedures• Maintain compliance with privacy legislation, company policies, GxP standards, and program requirements• Meet service level expectations while delivering a high-quality customer experience

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education (college diploma) or an equivalent combination of education and experience• 1+ year of related experience in customer service, healthcare administration, patient support, reimbursement, benefits verification, or a call centre environment• Experience performing data entry and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes and procedures• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computer-based systems• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) is preferred.
