- Support transportation network optimization, business growth, and future-state logistics initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 9+ years of transportation, logistics, distribution, or supply chain experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing people and cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading transportation operations within a complex distribution environment.
- Strong financial, analytical, and operational planning capabilities.
- Experience managing carriers, service providers, and transportation performance programs.
- Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) and performance reporting tools.
