About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Lead managing global hiring and performance across multiple regions for robotics data infrastructure company. Responsible for building pipelines and performance management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own hiring for operator-level roles across international hubs
  • Build and scale recruiting pipelines across regions (NA, LATAM, SEA, etc.)
  • Partner with local leads to ensure consistent hiring quality and standards
  • Design and improve interview processes, assessments, and selection criteria
  • Manage recruiting partners, agencies, and internal hiring workflows
  • Own performance management systems across global teams
  • Define clear KPIs, output metrics, and quality benchmarks by role
  • Implement processes for tracking, reviewing, and improving performance
  • Work with managers to identify top performers and address underperformance
  • Drive consistent performance standards across all regions and teams
  • Design and manage incentive structures tied to output, quality, and reliability
  • Align compensation with performance and operational goals
  • Build frameworks for bonuses, variable pay, and performance-based rewards
  • Continuously optimize incentives to drive throughput and quality improvements
  • Work closely with regional leads to ensure teams are staffed, trained, and performing
  • Monitor performance across hubs and identify gaps or inefficiencies
  • Support scaling of new geographies and operational expansion
  • Ensure consistency in how teams are managed and evaluated globally
  • Build and maintain dashboards for hiring, performance, and retention metrics
  • Track key metrics such as throughput, quality, retention, and SLA adherence
  • Provide regular reporting to leadership on team performance and hiring progress
  • Improve systems and tooling for tracking and managing global workforce performance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, People Ops, Talent, or Operations roles
  • Experience managing high-volume hiring or global recruiting pipelines
  • Experience working with distributed or international teams
  • Strong understanding of performance management and operational metrics
  • Experience building or managing incentive or performance-based compensation systems
