Responsibilities

Work on a team that employs leading-edge technologies for high-performance applications
Work on core insurance applications that serve as the backbone to diverse and critical products offerings
Engage in a positive and creative work environment
Collaborate efficiently in a remote work setting
Participate in on-call support as distributed amongst the team

Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree (Computer Science) or equivalent work experience
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in web application development
Hands‑on experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, and NoSQL databases
Experience of Micro-service architecture and design patterns
Experience of REST API
Experience with code versioning tools, such as Git
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes,
Experience with Relational Database
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with project stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of end-user experience, product/project gaps
Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
