About the role

  • Senior HR systems analyst owning ADP Workforce Now, integrations, automation, and People data. Supporting Consensys, a blockchain and Web3 software company serving millions of users.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day ADP Workforce Now configuration, security roles, workflows, custom fields, and system health
  • Translate business requirements into configured, tested, launched, and validated system solutions
  • Own configuration, testing, and rollout of ADP product releases and system enhancements
  • Manage integrations across payroll entities, benefits carriers, finance tools, and core HR platforms
  • Manage role-based access and maintain SOX-ready access review evidence
  • Manage vendor relationships, SLA tracking, escalations, and contract awareness
  • Lead HR systems and data projects end to end, including scoping, configuration, testing, rollout, and documentation
  • Replace manual workflows with automated processes using AI-assisted tools
  • Maintain documented controls and organize audit evidence with Legal and Finance
  • Plan and communicate system changes, including testing plans, rollout plans, and runbooks
  • Establish data definitions, quality standards, field ownership, and retention policies
  • Prepare, review, analyze, and report People data; build custom reports and executive-facing dashboards
  • Run recurring data audits and maintain audit logs
  • Maintain process documentation and deliver training materials
  • Support employees and managers with system questions, access issues, and ad hoc requests
  • Own systems operations for open enrollment, compensation cycles, reorganizations, payroll close, and year-end processes

Requirements

  • Deep functional expertise in ADP Workforce Now, including workflow configuration, report building, security role management, and integration troubleshooting
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR systems administration, HRIS configuration, or HR technology operations
  • Business process design experience from requirements through configuration, testing, launch, and post-launch validation
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into working system solutions
  • Experience with process automation and AI-assisted tooling
  • Strong data management experience, including custom reports, data audits, and data quality management
  • SOX or audit compliance experience
  • Project management capability
  • Intellectual curiosity and sound judgment
  • Bias for action and resilience in ambiguity
