About the role
- Project Manager planning and delivering maintenance and submetering projects for Metergy Solutions. Coordinating resources, contractors, procurement, troubleshooting, and client-impact mitigation across the GTA.
Responsibilities
- Review ticket requests, prepare work instructions for contractors, technicians, and project coordinators, execute resolutions, and update documentation
- Troubleshoot meter deficiencies locally and remotely
- Provide technical analysis of drawings and electrical/mechanical systems to support contractors and internal staff
- Identify issues and develop mitigation plans to minimize business and client impact
- Drive continuous improvement as operations evolve with market conditions and business growth
- Support customer service, time management, and problem-solving needs for Operations' projects
- Perform other tasks supporting Operations' projects as necessary
- Plan, execute, and finalize Operations' projects, including resource management, planning, approvals, materials procurement, and communication with external teams
Requirements
- Technical degree or diploma from a recognized university/college
- 4–5+ years of related experience in maintenance and/or metering
- Familiarity with electrical, water, gas, and thermal metering/system concepts is an asset
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving background
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude
- Ability to travel to properties within the GTA
- Split in-office and in-field work
- Valid Ontario driver's license
