About the role
- Senior Technical Program Manager leading hardware, software, and operations programs at Miovision, an intelligent transportation technology company. Driving integrated product launches from planning through customer adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead 1–3 concurrent complex product programs across hardware, firmware, cloud software, and operations
- Establish integrated plans connecting architecture, validation, release, and launch milestones
- Drive cross-functional alignment among Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Operations, and Go-To-Market teams
- Identify system-level dependencies and mitigate scope, cost, and schedule tradeoffs
- Establish evidence-based entry and exit criteria for pilot builds and commercial releases
- Improve program management tools, decision logs, and governance cadence frameworks
- Coordinate hardware execution, software delivery, system integration, operational readiness, and go-to-market planning
- Drive significant product launches and initial customer adoption
- Implement scalable planning, review, and accountability structures for future product launches
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex, end-to-end product programs spanning hardware, firmware, software, and operational launch
- Strong ability to evaluate interactions among hardware, firmware, cloud, and operational decisions
- Deep knowledge of hardware/software lifecycles, cross-domain integration, system validation, and commercial launch readiness
- Expertise in integrated master schedules, dependency maps, risk mitigation strategies, and executive-level reporting
- Ability to engage with technical leads, challenge incomplete plans, and surface hidden risks or assumptions
- Experience partnering with engineering, product, operations, and quality teams
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate technical, operational, and commercial workstreams through launch and initial customer adoption
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience delivering connected/IoT devices, NPI, manufacturing scale-up, regulatory compliance, or post-launch operational handoffs is an asset
- Background in transportation technology, intelligent infrastructure, edge computing, or robotics is an asset
- Ability to work in a hybrid model 1–3 days per week in-office in Kitchener, Ontario
- Legally eligible to work in either Canada or the United States
- Must indicate whether immigration sponsorship is required
