About the role
- Back-end and DevOps developer building cloud-native digital products at Mirego. Designing infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and reliable software solutions for clients.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver back-end services and Cloud Native infrastructures
- Own DevOps project delivery end-to-end, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, observability, security, and secrets management
- Participate in agile ceremonies and technical discussions to shape product direction
- Identify improvement opportunities and champion innovative solutions
- Collaborate with development teams to embed DevOps best practices throughout the development lifecycle
- Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity and deliverable quality
- Engage directly with clients, present technical solutions, and guide teams toward stronger practices
Requirements
- Professional fluency in both English and French
- Solid back-end development experience with Elixir, .NET, or Python; willingness to adapt the technology stack
- Meaningful hands-on DevOps experience
- Proficiency with AWS or Azure, Terraform, Docker, and GitHub Actions
- Understanding of security, observability, and maintainability challenges
- Understanding of AI fundamentals and responsible use of AI
- Comfort with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code
- Autonomy and initiative demonstrated through meaningful real-world experience
- Deep understanding of software development and architecture fundamentals
- Ability to work directly with clients and present technical solutions clearly
