About the role

  • Data Control Coordinator II reviewing merchant account data for Moneris, a Canadian fintech powering business commerce solutions. Coordinating operational workflows, resolving escalations, and improving data-processing efficiency in a hybrid Toronto role.

Responsibilities

  • Review source documents for merchant accounts
  • Validate the accuracy and completeness of input and output data
  • Correct coding and batching errors for processing
  • Verify outputs against control totals
  • Review reports for accuracy and formatting
  • Distribute information to appropriate teams
  • Support daily team operations, including order distribution, ACI/DMS profile creation and maintenance, rollout requests, device deployment, SIM activations, Special Services requests, and welcome letter activities
  • Assist the Team Leader and Manager with workflow coordination and prioritization
  • Provide first-level support for team inquiries and coaching-related items
  • Coordinate and fulfill urgent requests and inquiries from internal stakeholders
  • Act as a subject matter resource for change management processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate, resolve, and communicate escalated issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
  • Recommend process enhancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Business or a related field
  • Equivalent work experience may be considered in place of formal education
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data control, data entry, or a related operational role
  • Experience using Microsoft Windows-based business applications
  • Experience collaborating across teams to support operational objectives and service delivery initiatives
  • Working knowledge of MRE reporting, ACI, DMS, OMS, MSC Web Tool, Peregrine Service Centre, and E-Select systems is an asset
