• Diagnose, troubleshoot and respond to customer inquiries and requests via various communication channels.
• Escalate issues as required.

• Own the end-to-end revenue funnel across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, from lead creation through renewal and expansion
• Identify conversion drop-offs, stalled deals, and churn signals before they affect targets
• Build and maintain a consolidated view of the business using historical performance and forward-looking hypotheses
• Own forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue performance reporting across the full funnel
