About the role

  • Oncology sales representative building healthcare partnerships and supporting cancer-therapy adoption across Ontario. Driving territory strategy for a global biopharmaceutical company focused on medicines, vaccines, and animal health products.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with oncology stakeholders in academic and community settings
  • Work across multiple indications and tumor types
  • Partner with healthcare professionals to understand patient needs and identify opportunities to improve care delivery
  • Support adoption and optimal use of innovative oncology therapies
  • Collaborate with medical, market access, and other cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions
  • Contribute to territory planning and execution of business strategies
  • Continuously develop knowledge of oncology, healthcare systems, and emerging treatments
  • Cover the territory of London, Windsor, Owen Sound, Kitchener, and Guelph

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Learning agility and interest in developing oncology expertise
  • Ability to travel within the territory and occasionally beyond
  • Preferred: experience in hospital or specialty sales
  • Preferred: exposure to oncology or complex therapeutic areas
  • Preferred: familiarity with the Ontario healthcare system
  • Strong data acumen and ability to analyze clinical and business data
  • Business and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Valid driving license required
  • Ability to travel 75%
