About the role

  • CRM consultant specializing in Salesforce Service Cloud, facilitating client requirements and managing project communications. Mentoring team members and ensuring successful implementation of solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an SME for Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Facilitate business process reviews to identify client requirements and processes
  • Translate client requirements into Salesforce design
  • Configure Salesforce Service Cloud and Force.com solutions
  • Effectively manage all aspects of projects and client communications
  • Mentor other team members in customer service processes and Salesforce.com Service Cloud technology
  • Collaborate with clients to drive business process design and decision making
  • Identify risks that threaten project success and recommend workarounds

Requirements

  • CRM consultant with minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce administration with strong focus on Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Service Cloud certified
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Data Loader
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization
