About the role

  • CRM consultant specializing in Salesforce Service Cloud for a Digital Product Engineering company. Responsible for managing client communications and mentoring team members in Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an SME for Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Translate client requirements into Salesforce design
  • Configure Salesforce Service Cloud and Force.com solutions
  • Manage all aspects of projects and client communications
  • Mentor other team members in customer service processes
  • Deliver end user training and documentation
  • Identify risks that threaten project success
  • Ensure Best Practices and SFDC Coding Standards are followed

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Salesforce Service Cloud certified
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce administration
  • Knowledge of JIRA tool
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Data Loader
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization
  • Experience with Apex, VisualForce, and Web Services
  • Ability to handle client interactions at the senior level
  • Understanding of REST API and SOAP for Salesforce integration
