Requirements
5 to 8 years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud
Salesforce Service Cloud certified
Strong understanding of Salesforce administration
Knowledge of JIRA tool
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Data Loader
Good knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization
Experience with Apex, VisualForce, and Web Services
Ability to handle client interactions at the senior level
Understanding of REST API and SOAP for Salesforce integration
