About the role
- Project Manager guiding Canadian retailers through onboarding and implementation of Narvar’s post-purchase experience platform. Managing timelines, risks, technical requirements, and customer handoffs across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer implementation projects end-to-end from kickoff through post-go-live, tracking progress, risks, and milestones
- Collaborate with Customer Engineers and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout implementation
- Facilitate technical discussions and translate customer requirements into implementation plans
- Support scope changes, timeline management, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communications
- Identify risks and dependencies and implement mitigation plans
- Participate in post-go-live handoff and knowledge-sharing sessions
Requirements
- 5 plus years of experience in client-facing project management, onboarding, or technical implementation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, retail systems, or logistics technology is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Cross-functional experience with technical and customer-facing teams
- Comfort discussing basic technical concepts such as APIs, data mapping, and JSON
- High accountability, adaptability, and curiosity
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Rocketlane, or similar tools is a plus
- CAPM or similar certification is a plus
