About the role
- Part-time stock specialist managing inventory, merchandise flow, and stockroom organization for Nespresso coffee boutiques. Supporting accurate receiving and positive customer and stakeholder experiences.
Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient daily boutique operations, product flow, and inventory management
- Act as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand
- Ensure FIFO while maintaining merchandising excellence
- Receive merchandise accurately
- Communicate effectively with the team and store management
- Create positive brand experiences for all stakeholders
- Maintain an exceptionally organized stock room
Requirements
- Passionate about coffee and sustainability
- 1–2 years of experience in stock, warehouse, or similar role
- Detail oriented with effective time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software
- Health and safety oriented
- Ability to stand for an entire working day
- Ability to repeatedly lift a maximum of 23 kg
